Configure a view

Once a Time-Location view has been created, it is possible to modify its display and parameters at any time.

All view settings are accessible through the View Properties window.

After selecting the Time-Location view to configure, two methods allow you to open the configuration window.

Right-click in the Time-Location planning area, then select the option:

Properties

The view configuration window will then open.

It is also possible to access the view properties via the configuration button located at the bottom of the interface, near the reschedule button.

Click this button to open the configuration window.

The View Properties window allows you to adjust all the parameters of the Time-Location schedule.

It is organised into two main sections:

  • a navigation panel on the left
  • a central configuration area

The side panel allows navigation between the different elements of the view.

It contains in particular:

  • the Time-Location view
  • the different Time-Location cells

Each cell corresponds to a display area of the schedule and has its own parameters.

The central area contains several configuration tabs allowing the view to be precisely configured.

The main tabs are:

  • Scope

defines the general structure of the view

  • Display

adjusts the display options of the schedule

  • Distance line

configures the information displayed along the project

  • Time line

defines the time scales

  • Grids

adds visual references within the view

  • Layers

controls the display of the different project layers

  • Chart Legend

displays additional information

  • Printing

configures the view printing settings

The following sections describe in detail the behaviour of each of these tabs.
