Calendar management

Each activity in Tilos360 is associated with a calendar. By default, four calendars are available:

  • the “Non-Stop calendar”
  • the “5 days per week, 7 hours per day calendar”
  • the “5 days per week, 8 hours per day calendar”
  • the “Milestone calendar”, which cannot be edited

Calendars can be accessed using the navigation button

Calendars are based on the following elements:

  • First, periods (generally weeks).
  • Each day of a period is associated with a day definition, which defines the number of working hours.
  • Day definitions consist of one or several working time ranges.

These elements are configured in this interface.

For each type of day (Working day, bad weather, holidays, etc.), a day definition must be created and assigned one or more working time ranges.

You must then define a period composed of the previously defined days. A period consists of a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 7 days.

Choose the number of days for the period and assign each day to the desired day definitions.

You can then define the default project calendar by creating or editing a calendar.

Add the previously created periods.

A period remains active until another period interrupts it.

You can add exceptions to your calendar:

  • by manually creating exceptions
  • by importing a calendar in .ics format using the Import button

To create an exception, you must first define a day in Day definitions that corresponds to the exception. You can then assign it to your calendar.
