Printing deliverables
Let us take a look at the first elements that appear when you open the deliverable printing interface:
(1) Deliverables list Your deliverables appear here. Below we will see how to select the sheets for the final print export.
(2) Consolidation print settings You can choose whether each sheet should be exported as a separate PDF, or if all sheets should be grouped into a single consolidated PDF.
(3) Adding a PDF cover page You can insert a cover page at the beginning of the consolidated document.
To do so, use the Browse button to select the PDF file to use.
A preview of the cover page will then appear in the dedicated preview panel:
(4) Using print templates You can save all the settings from this window so that they can be reused later.
Selecting and ordering sheets to print
(1) In the left-hand panel, check the sheets you want to include in the final PDF.
You can:
- add sheets one by one by checking their box
- add an entire booklet by checking the box next to its name.
(2) You can then reorder the sheets in two ways:
- by modifying their order number
- by dragging and dropping them directly in the print sequence panel.
