Live View

Live View allows you to visualize the evolution of a project over time as a 2D animation.

You can observe the progression of activities on the project plans and analyze the phasing in a dynamic way.

Live View is accessible from the Design tab.

Opening Live View launches a dedicated window used to display the project animation.

To start the visualization:

1. click the Play ▶ button located at the bottom right

You can define:

• the start date
• the end date
• the visualization duration (10 seconds by default)

The displayed plan can be changed using the plan drop-down list.

Live View opens in a separate window from TILOS 360.

It is therefore possible to view simultaneously:

• the Gantt chart
• the Live View

When Live View is opened, a time cursor appears in the Gantt.

This cursor indicates:

• the period displayed in Live View
• the time interval being visualized

You can modify:

• the position
• the duration

of the cursor directly in the Gantt.

Filters applied in the Gantt are also taken into account in Live View.

Live View settings are accessible via the Settings button.

This window allows you to define:

• the objects displayed
• the annotations
• the simulation time interval

The Titles tab allows you to display the sub-project name during the simulation playback.

It is possible to take a screenshot of the phasing at a specific moment.

Procedure:

1. pause the playback
2. click Capture

It is possible to highlight in the Gantt the activities corresponding to a specific moment in the simulation.

Procedure:

1. pause the playback
2. click Highlight

An automatic filter is then created in the Gantt.

To disable this filter:

1. click Remove Live View filter.
