Deliverables management
The Deliverables management interface allows you to configure the generation of documents produced from the phasing.
It is organized around several configuration levels:
- Deliverable
- Sheet
- Columns
- Map / Plan
An additional tab also allows you to define the status colors of zones and axes.
Deliverable
This tab allows you to configure the parameters applied to the entire deliverable.
Zone colors
Several coloring modes can be used for zones and axes:
- Status color – defined in the *Zone and axis status* tab
- Zone / axis color – defined during phasing design
- Activity fields – coloring based on an activity field
(for example an activity style)
Deliverable format
You can define:
- the template used
- the page size (A0 to A5)
- the orientation
- the margins
Sheets
This tab allows you to configure each sheet of the deliverable.
For each sheet, you can define:
- the print area used
- the zoom level
- the display options
Available options:
- display of legends
- display of the Gantt chart
- display of chainage (PK)
Labels
Labels can be configured for each sheet:
- choice of the label template
- choice of the size
- automatic placement
Additional options:
- display of labels
- display of connectors
Columns
This tab allows you to add different elements into the columns of the deliverable.
It is also possible to display the scale if it is defined on the plan.
Available elements include:
- Objects
- Fields
- Legends
Objects
Allows insertion of:
- shapes
- polylines
- polygons
- text
- images
Fields
Allows insertion of dynamic information such as:
- the phase name
- the start date
- the end date
Legends
Allows insertion of:
- the status legend
- the zone legend
- a timeline
- the Gantt chart
Map / Plan
This tab allows you to insert objects directly on the plan, in the same way as in the Columns tab.
It is also possible to use the measurement tool to add dimensions on the plan.
Zone and axis status
This tab allows you to define the colors associated with the different statuses of zones and axes.
These colors are then used in the deliverables to represent the progress or status of the different zones of the project.
