Customizing a deliverable
The Deliverables management interface has been simplified in version 7 to improve the user experience, with only two configuration tabs:
- A “Deliverable” tab, accessible only when the deliverable name is selected in the left column.
This tab contains the generic settings for the deliverable. Any modification made here will apply to all sheets.
- A “Page” tab, accessible only when a sheet name is selected in the left column.
This tab contains the main customization options. By default, changes apply only to the selected sheet. For more information, see the section: Customizing sheets.
Features of the “Deliverable” tab
This tab allows you to configure settings for the entire deliverable.
Zone and axis colors
A deliverable can highlight zones using different coloring modes.
There are two priority levels for colors:
- Primary colors
Primary colors are based on the colors defined in zone categories. This allows you to define which zone status should prioritize the attributes defined in your categories.
- Secondary colors
Secondary colors are used to color zones when no priority category is defined. Three methods can be used to color zones and axes:
- Status color
Default color used for zones:
- in progress
- started
- to be done
- completed
It can be defined:
- in the project properties
Menu Project → Properties
- or directly in the deliverable through the Status color menu
- Zone / axis color
Color defined for each zone or axis in Phasing design
- Activity field
Based on custom fields (for example the activity style), it is possible to color activities.
Deliverable format
A deliverable is also defined by a page format, composed of:
used to display elements such as a logo, title, page number, etc.
- a page format
(A0 to A5, Arch C, Arch D, Arch E, Ledger, Letter)
- margins on the left and/or right
