Creating a deliverable

To create a deliverable:

  1. open the Deliverables interface
  2. click the Add button located at the bottom of the left panel

The configuration depends on the type of deliverable you want to create.


Creating a phasing booklet

To create a phasing booklet:

  1. Select Phase in Generate sheets by
  2. Check the desired sub-project(s)
  3. Select the desired hierarchy levels. Each checked Phase will create a dedicated page.
  4. Select the default plan + print area, then click Create sheets
  5. Review, reorganize or delete sheets. It is also possible to adjust the plan used for each sheet. Click New booklet.

Detailing phases

Phases can be detailed over time.

Example: creating a weekly detailed booklet for Phase 2 of the project.

Procedure:

  1. Select Phase in Generate page by
  2. Check the desired sub-project(s)
  3. Select the relevant phase and define the time interval used to detail that phase
  4. Click Create sheets
  5. Review and adjust the background plan if necessary for each sheet. The process can be repeated to add additional sheets afterward.

Creating sequential sheets

It is also possible to create a detailed booklet by specifying a time period.

To define a start and end date:

  1. Click Date in the upper left section
  2. Define a period and an interval for the sheets
  3. Click Add

Once all pages have been added, click New booklet.

Optionally:

It is possible to add several sequences one after another. To do so, follow the same procedure as above. Before clicking New booklet, choose new parameters and click Create sheets. When all sequences have been added, click New booklet.
