Filtering activities

The Gantt chart provides several tools that allow filtering of the displayed activities.

These filters help focus on a specific part of the schedule and facilitate the analysis of projects containing a large number of activities.

Several types of filters are available:


Filter by area

The Area filter allows displaying only the activities associated with a specific project area.

To use this filter:

  1. enable the Area Filter option
  2. select the desired area from the list

Only the activities belonging to this area will then be displayed in the Gantt chart.

This filter is a quick shortcut allowing a work area to be isolated without having to configure a more complex filter.


Filter by time period

Time filtering allows displaying only the activities present within a given period.

To use this filter:

  1. define a start date
  2. define a finish date
