====== Print tab ====== The **Print** tab allows you to define the page layout settings for the Time-Location view when exporting or printing. This tab is only available when the **Time-Location view** is selected in the properties side panel. {{:en:time_distance:2026-03-12_21h56_47.png?400|}} ----- ===== Access print settings ===== To access this tab: - Open the **Time-Location view properties** - In the side panel, select the **top level of the view** - Click on the **Print** tab When a **Time-Location cell** is selected, this tab is not available. ----- ===== Print format ===== The **Print format** parameter defines the page format used to print the schedule. For example: * A4 * A3 * custom formats The page orientation can also be defined: * **Portrait** * **Landscape** The page dimensions are automatically updated according to the selected format. ----- ===== Page dimensions ===== The **Width** and **Height** fields display the dimensions of the selected page. The unit can be changed according to your preferences: * centimetres * millimetres * inches These settings allow the layout of the schedule to be adapted to the project's printing standards. ----- ===== Display mode ===== Two display modes are available: **Fit to window (working mode)** The view is automatically adjusted to the size of the working window. This mode is mainly used while editing the schedule. **Print layout** The view is adapted to the selected page format in order to prepare the schedule for printing. This mode allows you to directly preview how the schedule will appear on the printed page. ----- ===== Using the print settings ===== The parameters in this tab allow the Time-Location diagrams to be properly prepared for export or printing. They make it possible to: * adapt the schedule to the page format * prepare large-format prints * ensure a clear layout for presentations or project deliverables
