====== Configure a view ====== Once a **Time-Location view** has been created, it is possible to modify its display and parameters at any time. All view settings are accessible through the **View Properties** window. ----- ===== Accessing the view properties ===== After selecting the Time-Location view to configure, two methods allow you to open the configuration window. ----- ==== Method 1: right-click in the view ===== {{:en:time_distance:2026-03-12_21h02_48.png?150|}} Right-click in the **Time-Location planning area**, then select the option: **Properties** The view configuration window will then open. ----- ==== Method 2: configuration button ===== {{:fr:espace_temps:2026-03-05_17h13_21.png?150|}} It is also possible to access the view properties via the **configuration button** located at the bottom of the interface, near the **reschedule** button. Click this button to open the configuration window. ----- ===== View configuration window ===== {{:en:time_distance:2026-03-12_21h06_27.png?400|}} The **View Properties** window allows you to adjust all the parameters of the Time-Location schedule. It is organised into two main sections: * a **navigation panel on the left** * a **central configuration area** ----- ===== Side panel ===== {{:en:time_distance:2026-03-12_21h11_27.png?200|}} The side panel allows navigation between the different elements of the view. It contains in particular: * the **Time-Location view** * the different **Time-Location cells** Each cell corresponds to a display area of the schedule and has its own parameters. ----- ===== Configuration tabs ===== The central area contains several **configuration tabs** allowing the view to be precisely configured. The main tabs are: * **Scope** defines the general structure of the view * **Display** adjusts the display options of the schedule * **Distance line** configures the information displayed along the project * **Time line** defines the time scales * **Grids** adds visual references within the view * **Layers** controls the display of the different project layers * **Chart Legend** displays additional information * **Printing** configures the view printing settings The following sections describe in detail the behaviour of each of these tabs.
