====== Add a single line ======

A **single line** allows regular time markers
to be displayed along the time axis.

It is generally used to display:

  * **months**
  * **weeks**
  * **days**

===== Displayed value =====

The **Displayed value** field allows you to define
the information that will appear in the scale.

For example:

  * Month (Jan, Feb, Mar…)
  * Week
  * Day
  * Year

===== Display interval =====

The **Interval every** parameter defines
how frequently the markers are displayed.

For example:

  * 1 month
  * 1 week
  * 1 day

This allows the level of detail of the scale
to be adjusted.

===== Formatting =====

The following parameters allow the appearance
of the time line to be adjusted:

  * **font**
  * **text size**
  * **column width**
  * **text position**
  * **background colour**

These settings improve the readability
of the Time-Location schedule.
