====== Copying or updating a deliverable ======

It is possible to **update an existing deliverable**
or create a **copy** in order to adapt its content
to the evolution of the project.

To access this function:

  - right-click on the **deliverable name**
  - select **Copy and/or update**

An interface then opens to configure
the modifications to apply.

===== Managing colors and clipping =====

You can choose whether to:

  * **keep the existing customizations**
  * or **update the settings** from the phasing design.

The affected parameters include:

  * **status colors**
  * **clipping**
  * the **order of zones and axes**

The order of zones and axes can also be updated according to:

  * **zone priorities**
  * the order of **statuses defined in the project settings**

===== Sheet-by-sheet modification =====

Sheets can be modified individually.

For each sheet, it is possible to:

  * modify the **start date and time**
  * modify the **end date and time**
  * change the **associated plan**
  * **delete** certain sheets

===== Global date adjustment =====

It is also possible to apply a **global time shift**
to the dates of all sheets.

This makes it easy to adjust
the schedule of the entire deliverable.

===== Applying the modifications =====

Once the parameters are defined, two options are available:

  * **update the existing deliverable**
  * **create a new deliverable** based on it

This feature allows you to **quickly duplicate
a deliverable** while preserving its configuration.
