====== Status management ======

In deliverables, the zones affected by the works
can display different **states** in order to represent
the progress of activities.

By default, zones inherit the **conditional formatting**
defined in the label template being used.

Using **zone states** makes it easier to visualize
the progress of the works.

===== Main status =====

Four main status are used to represent
the progress of the works:

  * **In progress** : one or more activities are currently being executed in this zone
  * **Started** : at least one activity has already taken place in this zone, but other activities are still planned later
  * **Completed** : all activities planned in this zone are finished
  * **To do** : no activity has yet started in this zone

===== Specific status =====

Two additional status may appear
in certain situations:

  * **Impact** : the zone is impacted by works carried out in another zone
  * **Right-of-way** : works on an axis require a wider work area than the intervention zone

===== Defining status colors =====

The colors associated with the states can be defined:

  * by default in **Project → Properties → Project → Default options**

===== Displaying completed zones =====

For each sheet, it is possible to choose
whether **completed zones** should remain visible.

This option is available in the **lower panel**
of the deliverable:

  - open the **Zones** tab
  - expand the **Completed** section

Available options:

  * **Visible** : display the completed zone
  * **Apply** : apply this setting
    to the following sheets
