====== Customizing pages ====== Let us now look at the second tab in the top panel: the **Sheet** tab, which is accessible only when you select a page from your deliverable. This tab contains all the settings used to customize the display and content of a sheet. It includes the features used to manage: * the sheet display * zoom and navigation * display options * adding objects to the sheet {{:en:phasing:2026-03-13_11h15_51.png?900|}} ===== Zoom and navigation control ===== Let us look at the following buttons: {{:en:phasing:2026-03-13_11h19_13.png?200|}} - By default, the **Sheet** button is active. The mouse wheel can then be used to zoom in or out on the sheet. - To zoom on the plan or the map, activate **Map**. By clicking the corresponding icon, the optimization algorithm can be launched. {{:fr:phasage:2026-03-11_16h21_46.png|}} In the following window, click **Start**. {{:en:phasing:2026-03-13_11h26_43.png?600|}} When the best placement is found, the graph turns green. {{:en:phasing:2026-03-13_11h27_32.png?600|}} You can then stop the calculation and close the window. ===== Inserting a timeline ===== From the **Sheet** tab, it is possible to add different objects to the sheet. To add a timeline: * select the **Timeline** object * drag and drop it onto the sheet {{:en:phasing:2026-03-13_11h33_47.png?300|}} The timeline can then be resized using the object's handles. {{:en:phasing:2026-03-13_11h36_16.png?500|}} By default: * the sheet period is highlighted * the timeline represents the entire deliverable period To modify the color of the highlighted period: * right-click on the highlighted area * select **Settings** To customize time units (months, weeks, days): * right-click on the timeline border * select **Add row** * choose the desired unit The timeline can be synchronized across all sheets using the apply button. ===== Inserting a Gantt chart ===== From the **Sheet** tab, it is also possible to insert a Gantt chart. To do so: * open the **Insert object** menu * select **Gantt chart** * drag the object onto the sheet Once inserted, the chart can be customized: * activity grouping * activity sorting * adding columns * adding grids * adding time scales ===== Inserting a legend ===== Legends can also be added by **drag and drop** from the **Sheet** tab. Simply select the desired legend and drop it onto the sheet.
